NCD Campaign 2020: Healthy Dining Partners Dine-In To Win Contest

In conjunction with HPC's NCD Campaign, for each customer who select a Healthy Choice Menu item in any of our Healthy Dining Partners (HDP) will be given a stamp card to be entitled to Dine-In To Win contest.

How to Participate:

1. Collect all 12 stamps / initials

2. Provide proof of receipt at any HDP and choosing a Healthy Choice Menu item

3. To gain additional chance of the contest, you can get more stamp cards and completing Step 1 & 2

4. Please drop your completed stamp card(s) and receipts to the last HDP restaurant you visited or drop it at Health Promotion Centre, Commonwealth Drive

The Dine-In To Win Contest Period: 1st October - 31st December 2020

There will be 10 winners to be selected with the chance of winning a Grand Prize, 2nd prize, 3rd prize and Consolation Prizes with total worth of $1000!
